While we do our best to verify the service providers registered to our system, Logisium does not warrant the performance, capability or materials posted by the providers. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to know your provider and the terms of contract you are entering with them to perform their obligations. Logisium is not responsible for any damages, loss of money, income or revenue, theft or any liability as a result of the service conducted between the customer and the providers. You agree to follow our guideline as stated below:
-Upon scheduling a request, you agree to provide necessary information to the service providers needed to perform their duties. Please refer to our privacy policy here for the data that can be collected by our system and the service providers;
-When cancelling a request, contact the service provider immediately by using any of our messaging systems or directly communicating to the service providers;
-Our services do not currently have a payment system. You acknowledge that it is your duty to arrange with the service providers for the payment method you will use for their services;
-To monitor the status of the service you requested, can get in touch with the provider directly or via our messaging system;
